The Challenge

Daniel Ajak and is an experienced lawyer who has made it their mission to shake up the Australian legal industry. They didn't want a website that would scream 'I'm just another law firm', they wanted something modern, fresh and approachable.

  • A website that was modern and adaptable
  • Easy to maintain on their own
  • To stay true to their innovative approach
  • A logo that looks modern

The Solution

We began with a thorough discovery session to get in the know about their business, their approach and what they wanted from their website. We then got straight into conceptualizing ideas with them, bringing us many steps closer to finding exactly what they were looking for.

Here is our first site map. We often start websites on a smaller website structure before expanding content afterwards. This way, the client will receive a live version of their website in a faster time frame and we can build trust with search engines early on.

After creating some initial concepts we created a website that would best suit their innovative approach, adding in the modern elements they were after. The end result was an adaptable site that is easy to maintain and stay true to their company image.

The Ajak & Associates website helps them communicate who they are as a firm without screaming too much about it. It reflects their approachability and fresh modern approach but doesn't stray away from the traditional law firm look. They can now communicate their innovative ideas with ease while still giving off a professional image.

The logo design ties in with the rest of the site's modern feel, reflecting the approachable and fresh method that they apply to all aspects of their business.

The website design has been received very well by the client, especially with the ease of maintaining it on their own. They are now able to update their site whenever needed without having to rely on outside resources.

The Result

This is what the Ajak & Associates website has achieved for them:

  • An easy way for them to keep their site up-to-date themselves.
  • Great feedback from their clients on how professional and approachable they come across via the website.
  • A simple and effective logo design to tie in with the overall modern feel of the site.
  • A 46.5% increase in unique visitors in 3 months.
  • A 34.5% increase in session duration.
  • A decrease of 10.2% bounce rate in 3 months.
  • 700+ monthly visitors on the website.

The Ajak & Associates website has achieved exactly what they were after in terms of both branding and ease of use. We are thrilled to have helped them achieve this!

How much does it cost to hire you for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?

It depends on your niche. The more competitive it is, the more work we have to do and the more it'll cost. Our hourly rate is $150 for SEO, which means SEO will cost more in the first few months compared to the later months because of the higher workload.

On average we'd recommend a $3k per month SEO spend for the first few months, eventually dropping to about $1.5k.

Note: We don't provide SEO services to websites that aren't made by us.

What separates Quko from other web design agencies?

Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to distinguish between different web design agencies without knowledge in the field. The flaws don't  show on the surface, hence the vast disparity between development costs.

Oftentimes, cheaper websites will be made using templates, with minimal customisation options available outside of colours, text and images. Most templates aren't made with speed or optimisation in mind, they're designed to look as attractive as they can to their customers.

With a Quko website, you won't need to remake your website. You'll be able to focus on growing your business, knowing that your website isn't holding you back.

Do you guarantee SEO results?

If you've hired us to run your Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaign, then yes!

If we don't see any results within a few months we pause any payments and work for free until we see the results we were hoping for.

How long does it take for you to complete a website?

For 90% of projects, we expect to finish in 3-6 weeks. It can take longer depending on the size of the website and the responsiveness of the clients.
